Children’s Ministries
SCC offers Sunday school and Nursery accommodations for children of all ages. During the service, children learn about Jesus through age-specific lessons, worship, games, and small groups in a safe and fun environment. Children of all ages are invited to join us Sunday mornings at 9:30am for an exciting interactive opportunity to hear and learn God’s word through activities including crafts, music, skits and more! Mentoring
The Great Commision calls for us to make disciples, and part of that includes mentoring (discipling others). Based on a person’s desire, this can be done in a number of ways. One of which is being available to be a mentor. Presently, a number of more mature believers in the church use their time and energy to serve the emerging generation. Mentoring relationships work best when they are organic and led by the Holy Spirit.
Women’s Ministry
Bible Study: SCC offers women’s bible studies during the fall and spring. Sessions typically run for 6 to 10 weeks and are held on Thursday mornings (with childcare available) from 9:30-11:30am and Thursday evenings (no childcare) from 7:00-9:00pm. This is a great opportunity to delve deeper into God’s word, gain a new perspective on God’s promises to you and discuss the material with other women in a casual environment.
